We had such a wonderful time at Shangri-La Rasa Ria. Just like at Tanjung Aru, the staff here were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was perfect for our family of 4 and conveniently located close to everything. We especially enjoyed the golf course and the jungle walk — the team leading the walk was absolutely lovely, making the experience fun and memorable. The food was excellent as well, with plenty of variety, and the BBQ buffet at night was a real highlight. There are so many activities available that it felt like there was always something new to do. Overall, it was a fantastic family holiday, and we would definitely recommend Rasa Ria for families looking for both relaxation and adventure.

We were welcomed by Wellfoe (duty manager) and after the knee accident of my friend, he compensated us with free ktv. Peter assisted us with the wheelchair and helped my friend to go to the clinic. They even brought an ice pack and hot compress bag. At dinner, russell’s music is so relaxing. Azman was also so hospitable and funny, he assisted us the whole dinner time. The next day, we went for a body massage, nora, linda and fred were amazing! Best massage experience ever beside the sea! We will definitely come back and explore more.

The ocean wing. Fantastic breakfasts, very chilled atmosphere. Spacious rooms with a huge sea front balcony. Wonderful pool and lots of things to do if you want to be active. Good spa, range of restaurants (though not all are open every day and you need to book). The staff and service were exceptional.
