The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. A prepayment deposit via bank wire or PayPal is required to secure your reservation. First time I stay at marina court I do really like it. 1. Very Safety - front guard and security Security very friendly, kind and polite, very helpful. 2. It's city area and easy to find mall, restaurant,cafe, market and etc. Easy to reach either walk in,drive thru or using bridge. 3.the apartment I stay really complete facilities ( washing machine , kitchen complete cooking equipment that u can cook for you own, 4.parking area really safe 5.living room really nice

Value for money. Clean house. Good location, near the lift/entrance and got swimming pool view. Very nice and responsive host.

I like the room ! clean and big ,everything was there, no need to buy a cutlery from outside. all provided. easy!
