Exceptionally clean room, well-appointed, and had everything you could need. Excellent location, and two steps outside, you are at the seafront. Lovely private pool area for guests and the breakfast options were plenty and delicios (though i would aim to get there >1h before they close as otherwise things run out). Evening retaurant options are also very good- if you are a guest you get half price. A very good nasi lemak and nasi goreng!

I could not speak more highly about my 8 day stay here. The location is perfect with views of the waterfront and sunset; the hotel was very clean; the bed was incredibly comfortable; the food and drinks in the restaurants were delicious, plentiful and high quality; and the staff were kind, caring and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in KK - wonderful for solo travellers, couples or families.

The staff in the regency lounge were excellent. We requested to move to a higher floor due to outside noise and this was done without question. The choice of food in the regency lounge was varied every evening and good quality of food and choice.

The food was amazing, we ate here almost everyday during our 5 night stay and they have a great variety of options and everything is cooked really well. The view from our room was a beautiful spot to watch the sunset, as is the sunset view from the pool. The gym, sauna and steam rooms are all well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful and were excellent at helping me with food options catering for my allergies.
