Location of this hotel was good, nearby to shops and shopping mall. Staff are friendly.

Strategically located, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Huge spacious and clean room. Functioning aircond that i only used half the time as it keeps the room cool for long. Lovely foyer outside the room and since Christmas is around the corner, my room opens up to a lovely decorated christmas tree just at the hallway. The shower was strong with hot water. Green effort taken with glass bottled drinking water. Local instant coffee and tea was provided in the room. Team members were friendly. Room comes with a window but this is a hotel right smack in town. so please set expectations with view.

The staff were really lovely. The basic facilities served me well. The location was great. The staff seemed to really enjoy working there. I really appreciate that people with disabilities work at the hotel. A really lovely deaf person helped us a lot.
