I've stayed at this hotel several times. Although the soundproofing isn't great due to its location beside the highway, it doesn't really bother me. Overall, I find it very good value for money.

I've stayed here before and always look here for availability when I need to stay in town. Location is great with lots of food choices just downstairs. Room is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities one needs for a short stay.

I am not sure if they provide a breakfast but I really enjoyed my first time staying at Harper. A very cozy little hotel and good enough for small group. I really had a good rest and holiday. Thank you so much Harper!

I like the cozy reception lobby. Receptionists were also friendly. Going to the hotel also is very easy. Near to food place.
