I really liked the excellent central location of the hotel, close to all main attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained. I especially want to thank Marina at the reception for her attentiveness and helpful support during both check‑in and check‑out.

It was a pleasure to return to this hotel once again. As always, everything was wonderful and up to the high standard I remember. The receptionist, a lovely girl from Ukraine, was especially welcoming and kind, which made the check-in even more pleasant. I absolutely love the hotel’s cookies — they are one of my favorite little details and something I always look forward to. Unfortunately, my stay was very short as my flight was delayed, and I truly regret not being able to enjoy the hotel for the whole day. Still, it was great to be back, and I hope to return again soon.
