⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Felt like home with Grandma Nitsa! Everything was super clean — I honestly don’t understand why some people complain here. The service was lovely, and Grandma Nitsa was just the cutest! I truly felt at home while on holiday — such a wonderful feeling. It’s true, the place isn’t brand new, but that’s exactly the charm of Greece! For the price, it’s amazing value, and you really get the cozy feeling of sleeping at home. I can’t wait to come back soon — thank you, Grandma Nitsa! FILAKIAAAA 💙🇬🇷

We got a lovely welcome from our host who was very friendly and accommodating. We had booked on a budget as traveling was our priority and we were only on Kos for 3 nights. Nista rooms was what it said on the tin and worked for us. We were at the back of the property which we were grateful for as its a busy road. Easy walking distance of the town and local amenities.

Super friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. I have always stayed at a much smarter, more expensive place in Kos Town before, conveniently right by the port, so ideal as I overnight on my way to Patmos. I was therefore very skeptical about booking in at Nitsa Rooms, but I will be booking again from now on.
