We arrived early and we're able to check-in to our room prior to the 2pm time. Loved the pool and the location. The pool was also a good size pool to chill and the layout of the hotel was great. The access point to the main road was convenient. We also had our laundry service on the day of arrival and it was dropped to our room the next morning. The restaurant & bar is located downstairs and open to the public. The food was great which was a bonus! Its such a nice spot and to be surrounded by locals and other accommodation was also a bonus. The staff were lovely and helpful. We did have issues with our air-con after day 1 and was upgraded to a bigger room free of charge and I tell ya, that room was beautiful! It had a wider view overlooking the beach. Will definitely be booking this room again in the future. The whole place is maintained so well. The cleanliness and the modern style of the rooms was great. Highly recommend staying here.

I booked for single room, however upon checkin I was surprised by self contained studio upgrade. Beautiful room, clean tidy, everything you need very comfortable stay. Very caring staff and management looked after all my needs knowing I had mobility issues. Very central location. Absolutely loved it and thankl each and every person there. Recommend to have there.
