The fine print
Guests staying in Ocean View rooms, suites or bures are offered the Talai Butler Service available from 7:00 to 23:00 daily. It includes complimentary welcome drinks, cold towels, and champagne and canapés delivered every afternoon to the room. Butlers are available to unpack and iron clothing, recommend tours and activities and make restaurant reservations.Please note that there's the surcharge of 2.8% on all credit cards and international debit cards.

Pool was excellent for kids. Food was good. Friendly staff. Modern rooms- recently done with good taste. Grounds well kept and clean. Playground at the kids club was a hit.

Clean resort with comfortable beds and lovely balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Separate adult only area with swim up bar for relaxing away from the children. Love the views from the bar that you can get a ride to up the very top of the resort. Enjoyed taking a picture on the Outrigger swing at the beach. Has a little convenience shop, you pay high prices but that's the cost of being there.

The temperature of the pool was good, staff were friendly, the food was nice and lots of entertainment options for families. Our room was clean and serviced daily. Special mention to Esa from the activities centre - he made a special effort with my young boys and made their time memorable. We snorkelled every morning, and spent afternoons by the waterslide. We would happily return
