Guests staying in Ocean View rooms, suites or bures are offered the Talai Butler Service available from 7:00 to 23:00 daily. It includes complimentary welcome drinks, cold towels, and champagne and canapés delivered every afternoon to the room. Butlers are available to unpack and iron clothing, recommend tours and activities and make restaurant reservations.Please note that there's the surcharge of 2.8% on all credit cards and international debit cards.

The daily activities were great! There was something for everyone and even cultural experiences such as trying Kava and husking a coconut! I travelled with a 1 year old and the staff members were so friendly to her. I booked an Ocean View room with the butler service which was absolutely stunning. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff members were so friendly. Everyone said hello (bula!) to us when we passed by them. We missed the fire show on Sunday night as we landed at the airport too late so I recommend arriving earlier to experience this. The Kula Eco Park is also very accessible by walking from the hotel through a tunnel dirt road. They also sing happy birthday and happy anniversary songs at the buffet dinner which was so fun!
