Very-very good location, however the balcony is quite noisy due to the traffic. Inside it’s quite, sound insulation is good. Very comfortable spaces and fantastic decoration :) Apartment size and the bedrooms makes it perfect for families. Nearest beach is just across the street. We have a small dog, and there is a dog beach also in app 15-20 mins walking distance. Nearest parking place is also across the street, and there is a garage in 5 mins walk, very comfortable and safe.
