Our stay was very pleasant. Communication before arrival was handled via WhatsApp, and I had no issues finding the place or checking in on the day of arrival. At the reception, we were given the key and checked in without any problems. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and had everything we needed for our four-day stay. We are very satisfied and would definitely visit again. The swimming pool under the restaurant was not operating, so we had to walk to the other end of the building to use the pool, but this was not a big issue. With the room key, we were able to use discounts, and the parking space was a great convenience—especially when it’s snowing, as you don’t need to clear your car if you need it. The ski bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and at the reception they even offer a discount if you buy the ticket from them instead of on the bus. The apartment is very warm and cozy and definitely worth it.

We stayed in these apartments and were very satisfied! Everything was cozy, clean, and comfortable. A big plus was the private parking, which is very convenient for travelers with a car. The apartment had everything we needed: dishes, household items, and other essentials that made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

The apartment is really warm, cozy and its spacious! The small kitchen has everything you need in case that you want to cook( microwave, oven, induction stove, fridge).On the building you also find an restaurant, a spa where you have a discount with your apartment key and a parking place included! 5 min drive to the closest ski slope, and aprox 15 min drive to Kopaonik center. For a family of 4 it was the perfect choice! Highly recommend!
