All compliments to the owner Maria and kind staff that welcomed us. The apartment is situated in prime location perfect for skiers, 2 minutes from main ski lifts and routes. Along the way there are many shops and restaurants, post office, ski equipment store, souvenirs, pharmacy. The apartment has everything you need for your stay - from hygiene products to various appliances and accessories. I confirm all previous positive reviews, warmest recommendation for Maglic 412 Lux.

A functional space in the center of the Suncani Konaci, decorated with a lot of sense and taste. The owner made an effort to have everything in the apartment - from hygiene products to various appliances and welcome accessories. I confirm all previous positive reviews.. Guests have the impression that the apartment is designed without compromise, down to the smallest detail - from space for ski equipment and shoes, to devices and gadgets for hygiene and daily needs, space for personal belongings and a separate private space for rest. All this is 2 minutes from several ski lifts and routes, and along the way there are many shops with a variety of purposes from food, ski equipment, souvenirs, restaurants...All compliments to the owner Maria, warmest recommendation for Maglic 412 Lux.

If I could give this apartment a review rating above 10, I would. The apartment exceeded expectations that the pictures had set. The apartment must had been a work of a perfectionist and of an interior design genius. One could see that the owner put a lot of love, effort and attention to detail, and the final product is an exceptionally beautiful and cozy place with great style and taste. The apartment has all the creature comforts we expect for a stay, it is exceptionally clean, and everything was in perfect working order. The heating was excellent and there was always warm water in the shower. The apartment has great soundproofing, and we could enjoy our peace and quiet. The apartment is situated in the Konaci "triangle", which is practically the center of Kopaonik tourist location, overlooking the central square, hotels, and mountins/slopes horizon. It's on the 4th floor and there is lift in the building. There was everything around that we needed. There are a number of food places and restaurants just literally few steps from the building door, several equipment rental shops, a post office, exchanges, ATMs and there are also 'Maksi' and 'Idea' supermarkets which are well supplied, and the prices are not that higher than in those same supermarket chains in the cities. They also have cooked food (Maxi only) and bakery/pastries sections, so you can eat at Kopaonik for literally any budget (supermarkets, food shops, restaurants). Several major ski lifts and the ski kindergarten were just a short walk away for us. Above all, the owners were super kind and attentive. The communication was exceptional - no question unanswered, we were always just a message or a phone call away for any help or information. Thanks to them we got hooked up with an excellent and experienced ski instructor for the daughter and she loved her first experience on the skis.
