We went to the mountains expecting to hike through the woods, enjoy a few scenic views, and, if possible, spend the night in comfort. In the end, it felt as though we had stayed at a friend’s house, kindly lent to us while they were away. The House and Location The two-story apartment is designed and positioned in such a way that you never forget you're in the mountains. There’s a stunning view from the panoramic windows on the first floor and from the terrace on the second. All the scenic trails are nearby, along with a sports ground and a shop. Layout and Design The smart layout makes 100% use of the available space. It’s hard to believe it’s only 60m². High ceilings. Large glazed areas. There are even two bathrooms (one on each floor). Multiple sources of overhead and ambient lighting create different moods to suit your vibe. The interior is modern, subtle, and stylish. It’s clear that all the furniture (and there’s a lot of it) was custom-made with quality “as if for oneself.” Thick blackout curtains create a cozy atmosphere after sunset. There’s great attention to detail. The only nuance of the open-plan design is the sound — floors aren’t isolated, so noise carries easily. Apartment Amenities Everything you need is provided — down to the smallest detail. Excellent beds and mattresses. It's impossible to list it all. Electric radiators maintain a comfortable temperature (it got down to 0°C at night in the mountains). We even felt like watching TV, which we haven’t done in years. We were especially impressed by the collection of books and catalogs, some of which are over 25 years old — true collector’s items. From beautifully illustrated children’s books to an encyclopedia of various sports. It made us want to meet the owners. Service We didn’t meet the owners in person, but they were always available and communicative. Pleasant interactions and constant care.

Pleasantly surprised! The apartment is much nicer than it looks in the photos. As a five-member family, we spent five days in this fantastic apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable family vacation. Special bonus: The views of the surrounding forests and mountains are spectacular...especially from the terrace! We can't wait to come back.

No breakfast was offered, due to the COVID19 the coffee/lobby bar was not available for the guests. The location is good, but the 82+ steps up and down few times per day is really a challenge, however - keeps you fit!
