The hotel is beautifully designed with an oriental touch and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. We would especially like to highlight Ms. Sümeye, whose kindness and dedication go far beyond expectations. She truly listens to the guests, recognizes their wishes, and supports them on a very personal level. Her thoughtful gesture of finding an item at the bazaar, which was not available at the hotel, and then gifting it to us, was truly remarkable. Upon arrival, we were slightly disappointed with the size of the rooms, but thanks to the kind offer of Sümeye to switch to another hotel and our final decision to stay, we ended up being very satisfied with our choice. Breakfasts are in local style but varied in some details and always resuplied if something runs out. An unexpectedly rich array of breakfast choices for such a small property. The greatest advantage of the hotel is its location. The Mevlana Museum and the Sultan Selim Mosque are literally around the corner, the old town is just a short walk away, and the large bazaar is only a few minutes on foot. The beautiful Alladin Park can also be reached within about ten minutes’ walk. Our stay was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly recommend this hotel to other guests.
