The location of the hotel was excellent. We could easily walk to the town and even crossed the border to visit the protected lakeside area in Switzerland. The interior design of the hotel lobby was cozy, welcoming, and warm, with plenty of comfortable seating. The front desk staff were all very professional, friendly, and efficient.👍 We wanted to have a coffee machine in the room, so we paid extra to book the king suite with a river view, which was spacious and bright. The bed was very comfortable as well.😍
