Staff were lovely and very helpful (including making alternative arrangements when the hotel unexpectedly had to be closed due to a burst pipe - we were transferred to another hotel and the process was very straightforward)

Room was clean and all necessary. Personal kind and supportive. I would like to say quite good breakfast, with bigger choice as expected. We were traveled with our dog and he was welcome swell.
