Everything about our stay was amazing, the staff were very welcoming! We were picked up by the shuttle, and the driver was so friendly. The location is quite remote and the facilities are a little retro, but we found it to be very charming. The view of Mount Asama is so amazing, it can even be seen from the women's outdoor bath. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional, and the staff are very accommodating to different dietary needs and requirements. We slept on futons and found them to be very comfortable, and the room very clean. The shop in the lobby even has some local souvenirs, so I was able to bring back some snacks from Nagano prefecture for my colleagues!

The view through the windows was amazing! You could see the mountains and the town in the middle. The room itself was clean, and the lighting was just right 👍🏼 I appreciate the staff's effort for helping us even if we had some language barriers, and the restaurant staff for preparing something to fit our dietary restrictions 😊

Polite, friendly and professional staff. Spacious family cabin. Nice onsen including lovely outdoor onsen, too. Excellent Japanese breakfast. Towels, toothbrushes & toiletries, yukata & slippers, provided.
