The location was good to explore many famous nearby beaches. The property is also just beside the sea beach. It also has its own section of beach umbrellas.

Big apartments are perfect for family. We stayed 4 people and it was 2 separate rooms for kids. There are free terrace where you can relax after day. No problem with parking. Below there is an good family restaurant. The hospitality was perfect, the owner helps to any questions.

The apartment’s unbeatable beachfront location meant we could step out onto Kolymvari Beach within seconds and enjoy the sun and sea at will. I loved waking up to a spacious terrace with endless sea views that felt like a private infinity pool overlooking the water. The entire unit was spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, which made settling in stress‑free from day one. The fully equipped kitchen—including a coffee machine, oven, stovetop, and washing machine—made self‑catering a breeze, and the reliable high‑speed Wi‑Fi kept us connected throughout our stay. Xristina herself was a wonderfully attentive host, setting the tone for a warm welcome. She went above and beyond by delivering fresh bedding late at night upon our request and kindly allowing us to keep the towels for two extra hours after checkout so we could squeeze in one last beach visit. In the evenings, the rooftop solarium and barbecue facilities provided the perfect spots for sunset cocktails and leisurely dinners under the stars. The convenience of free private parking on site made arriving and departing completely hassle‑free.
