We booked this hotel for our minimoon for four nights after coming from Santorini. Due to it being low season it was much quieter than I imagine it to be in the summer months, although still had enough people. The hotel itself visually is gorgeous, right on the beach front with a large enough pool, and it’s well kept with green grass and staff emptying the bins and regular cleaning. We loved the resident black & white cat! The all inclusive was brilliant (we’ve never done all inclusive before) and saved us a lot of hassle with food. It’s great if you plan on staying at the hotel and not doing much else to be honest as it is so convenient. The food options were really nice, there were SO many vegetarian options and a huge array of fresh salads & fruit on a daily basis. We LOVED the feta & olives here! There were different meats available each night for dinner as well. The staff are exceptional. Konstantin was super friendly and welcomed us every time he saw us, and the other staff were quick to assist with everything we needed as & when. We were given fresh bottles of water every morning and the room had coffee making facilities along with a mini fridge with a few things for us to use, I always appreciate being given water at hotels otherwise you have to go out & buy it yourself. The hotel generally has a very peaceful vibe about it, it isn’t too noisy or chaotic and it’s all very zen. If you want somewhere to just chill out, this is the place.

It was only a 20min drive from Chania, quiet location. The hotel was full, but you don't feel it crowded. The food was great, and the gala dinner on Saturday was an amazing experience. Greg and Konstatinos from the restaurant were super friendly and made us feel welcomed. Sofia, the housekeeper, was always in a great mood, up for chats and letf our room spotlessly clean. In general the hotel has a very calm atmosphere, everything seems clean and maintained.

The food was very good. The place was clean. The private beach was perfect. The staff had a perfect attitude. During our stay we had live music and it was perfect. We had sunbeds and towels every day for free. We had a beach bar with unlimited alcohol, soft drinks and ice cream. I would probably book again this place.
