We had an amazing week and the staff made it truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming, and this continued throughout our stay. Christos, Giorgio, Krista, Eleftheria, John, Katerina, Marina were all incredibly attentive, helpful, kind, and genuinely wonderful. They always greeted us warmly, whether at the front desk, by the pool, or during meals, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and valued. The hotel is in a great location right on the beach with enough sunbeds for everyone. Our room was lovely and the wonderful Kristina always made sure that everything was spotless. The food was a bit repetitive at times, but we always found something we liked, with good options for vegetarians and pescatarians. We especially loved the live music evenings, which added a wonderful atmosphere. The staff also gave us brilliant recommendations for cafés, bakeries, and the best beaches. There’s a bus stop nearby that takes you straight to Chania in about 30 minutes, which was very convenient. A car is useful if you want to explore the island further. We rented one for a day and had a fantastic time discovering more of Crete. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The hotel is excellent value for money and what really sets it apart is the staff. Every single one made us feel truly looked after, and we would love to come back soon!
