The property was very clean. The staff were excellent, very polite and friendly. The food and drinks were good with plenty of variety, something for everyone. The bed was so comfortable and the suite was very clean.

This was our second trip to this hotel due to massive number of cats walking everywhere as our daughter loved this place before. Quality, facilities and standards on same high level as before. Aquapark is a nice addition and still open even in mid sept. Food delicious especially in compare to competitor located two streets next door.

The Food is amazing, place is very clean, friendly staff escpecially the cleaner we had was so so sweet. The room was always cleaned very well. Water park was amazing too. Really nice and apart from that there are 3 different pools and a jacuzzi. All very clean and well mantained. There where kittens and they where centre of attraction. We noticed that most of the guests in the resort are families with children of all ages. A family friendly resort

In general what they are offering is ok: - the food quality and the diversity; - the cleaning (very good); - I appreciated that even though the suites buildings are quite split, each of them has swimming pool(s) near by; - personal very kind; - good sleeping experience (1 double bed with one extensible sofa). Great for couple with 2 children. Very comfortable. - AC in the room - very ok - nest against mosquitos - very ok - modern and nice main hotel / restaurant / reception design. - Waterpark full of attractions - very ok. Had a great time with my children.
