The location was peaceful and quiet on the beach at Grand Bay. Kolymvari is a small fishing village with a few bars and restaurants - not for anybody looking for nightlife. All the staff at the hotel were polite, helpful, friendly and very professional. They all went the extra mile to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Food was plentiful and of a good standard. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable with an efficient maid service.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautifully located, with great facilities. However what made it exceptional was the fantastic service. From the moment we booked the trip until we checked out everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and looked after. I can highly recommend a stay with them!

Our experience was amazing..Each and every staff member had a high attention to detail and they were all so lovely. Nothing was too small or big to accommodate. My partner is vegan and they went out of their way to ensure they could cater for her, even running to the supermarkets to make sure she could eat something different everyday. They would highlight everything she could eat within the buffets but would also make her a main meal each time if she needed it. They really did go above and beyond. Honestly the most relaxing enjoyable holiday we have ever had. The room we had was in the most perfect spot. Literally seconds away from the sea, the private pools, both bars and the restaurants. I would definitely return and would highly recommend. Thank you tp everyone at the Giannoulis Grand Bay

Overall, everything was excellent. The food was delicious, and the area is great for walks. Canya is nearby, making access easy. Andreas at the pool bar ensures that you have a great time. His attitude and expertise are top-notch, and anyone served by him is lucky.
