Don’t listen to all the negative reviews, we stayed here as a 19 year old couple The breakfast was great, I had a lovely English breakfast most morning and kept going up for seconds. We were given an upgrade to a room with a shared swim up pool ( they didn’t even tell us we were upgraded so this was a fantastic surprise as it had just been my girlfriend’s birthday ). The room was great, the pools were lovely, I used the gym which had great equipment so I could hit a full session. The food was great, all Breakfast Lunch and Dinner was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. The Manager was friendly and chatty, waterpark is good fun, overall this was a 10/10 stay. Don’t be put off by any of the bad reviews, we don’t understand why people said these things. I’d highly recommend going here ( we stayed for 5 nights and wish we had done at least 2 more ). I’ve added some photos below👍

Cleanliness is top priority for me, and this hotel did not disappoint. Every corner of the property, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless. The housekeeping staff worked diligently and respectfully. Additionally, the reception and concierge teams were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out seamless and stress-free. I would happily stay here again.

The Galini Spa was a highlight of our trip. The range of treatments and the tranquil atmosphere provided the perfect escape from our daily routines. The sauna was also top-notch.

We booked a VIP Double Room with a private pool, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was elegantly decorated, and having our own pool added a touch of luxury to our stay. It was the perfect romantic getaway.
