The hotel's modern architecture and sleek design made a great first impression, and the staff's warm welcome for a comfortable stay. *Room Details:* The room I was assigned was spacious and clean, with a comfortable king-sized bed and overlooking the city. The amenities were top-notch,. However, I did find the room's Wi-Fi connectivity to be a very fast at times. *Service Quality:* The staff at the Dona Castle were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me with everything from booking a local tour to recommending the best restaurants in the area. The front desk team were particularly efficient and courteous, handling my check-in and check-out with ease.I appreciate. *Amenities:* The hotel's amenities were impressive., and a 24-hour room service menu. The breakfast buffet was decent. *Location:* The hotel's location in downtown Kollam was excellent, with plenty of local attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The proximity to public transportation was also a plus, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. *Overall Experience:* Overall, I would highly recommend the Hotel dona castle Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Kollam. *Recommendation:* Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend the Hotel dona castle to friends and family. perfect 5-star rating.

Check in was very smooth. Good location silent atmosphere. Good hospitality. The staff is friendly, polite, and nice fragrance, Good manners. The rooms are hygienic and spacious. One of the best hotel near the kollam beach. We also enjoyed the delicious break fast. Overall wonder full experience. Highly recommended
