i had my college interviews and i booked the hotel last minute for me and my mom, but there were so accommodating at every step. The hotel has their own very aesthetic cafe and multiple restaurants you can order from or get your own food, however feasible, and is located in a very safe, neat and niche neighbourhood with many other cafes and market nearby with a good crowd and is not noisy, this is a plus point for me being a female. The have a lift, and the rooms and washroom are both very hygienic, clean and well-lit with ample sunlight in morning along with all amenities. The owner and staff are also very sweet and accommodated my request of getting their gates open in early morning due to a early exam i had, there is a security guard on duty aswell.

Everything was fine inside the room, but the reception staff was talking loudly. They have no manners of talking. I did not like it at all.

Nice and very friendly staff. We were offered complementary breakfast. Good location and the cafe downstairs gives it a safe and lively vibe. Bonus: Quiet backyard view from our room in the middle of a very busy and loud city.
