I like the location as its walking distance from my place of visit. Plus there are fab Bengali restaurants next door.

In addition to all the good amenities expected from the hotel, we were glad to get a beautiful baby crib :). Breakfast was also great.

Second time in The Sonnet, second time, my opinion is that the hotel is really great. Great facilities, good food, very friendly service! It is a great alternative to the 5-star hotels in Kolkata. For half the price, you get a comparable quality. Also, I had more time to visit the neighbourhood and found several cool bars and restaurants. Getting more and more into Kolkata ;-) Next time I will also stay in the Sonnet!

Sonnet is perfect for business stay - the staff is extremely courteous and helpful! The room is comfortable and food is delicious. Highly recommend is one is looking for value for money!
