We got upgraded at the front desk to a suite room from a deluxe, I guess because we were staying for about 5 days. The hotel is absolute bang for the buck, the staff is really courteous, happy to see inclusive recruitment by the management taking in differently abled people. Extra care is taken to keep everything spick and span, having plenty of staff helps. The room was as neat as it could be even though the renovations were done more than a decade ago. The breakfast spread was great, tasty and plenty of options to choose from.

My parents visited the property who are really old it’s a feedback from them about the experience they had visiting Calcutta for the first time-The staff were courteous and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, which made their stay relaxing and mesmerising- thank you for taking care of them
