A very easy check in, even though it was at 2 am. Excellent friendly staff who went to a lot of trouble for me. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Very nice breakfasts.

the staff were very very polite and extremely helpful. Because we arrived late and pre ordered our dinner, they made sure to deliver it to us as soon as we checked in.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The staff there are a fun and interesting bunch. Half the time I thought I was in an Indian remake of Fawlty Towers. There was some haphazard chaos but in the end it was more endearing than annoying. For instance, every night I got the same call to my room asking if I had made a food order (which I hadn't). Not annoying and if anything it showed good diligence. But ultimately the staff do try really hard and aim to provide a good service and (most of the time) they do.
