Superlative customer service in every department ... not enough space to capture all the names ... Chef Neeraj, Sripurna, Saikat, Khatija, Dolly, Priyanka, Rintu, Preetisha, Aniket, Anmol ... etc etc ... Excellent Team made this stay the best I have had in Kolkata and trumps all the other established hotels.

The behaviour of the hotel staff is generally exceptional. Beds are comfortable. Clean room. Housekeeping staff is great. Food at Tess is generally quite good. The breakfast team is fantastic. The Tess staff is fantastic.
