Excellent and helpful staff.They helped us to purchase plane tickets, as we were unable to buy tickets on our own.They allowed us to check into the room a little earlier in time and check out a little later in time, at no extra charge.

The service of hotel holiday express goes beyond the stay. The staff even helped me to get a SIM Card and a pair of shoes for the gym. Also the food is very delicious and safe for foreigners. The cook does an excellent job.

Good things: (a) Staff conduct was very good. (b) Food was served promptly. (c) Hotel location, conveyance, etc were great (in the heart of the city). (d) Room & washroom were clean.
