I was enroute to Port Edward and arrived in Kokstad early hours of the morning on the 06th. I requested an early check in at Lindela House and Marietha accepted my request without any hassles while other premises in the area were not flexible to the client needs. Marieta met my needs beyond expectations and went a step further to ensure my comfort in that freezing morning and switched on the electric blanket and offered extra blankets and hot coffee. Indeed, Marietha displayed her specialization in hospitality, and I will definitely visit again. She was flexible to meet clients' needs and showed a great commitment to ensure customer service.

Great place to let your hair down and relax after a rough time that one has experienced. Beds are a bit short for a tall person like me. But still very comfy.

This was my second stay at Lindela House and I was so impressed with guest house. It is clean, the rooms are spacious and breakfast was perfect!
