Well situated apartment one row back from the beach, with two supermarkets and the main shopping street within 5 minutes' walk. The apartment is well equipped and there are no words to describe how much stuff there is in the kitchen. As others have mentioned, the tram runs in front of the building and is somewhat noisy but does not interfere with sleeping. Pro tip: prepared foods from Saumon d'Or are better than most restaurants and they have refrigerated vending machines that operate outside regular hours for those days when you don't leave the beach until late, can't be bothered to cook and just don't feel like going to a restaurant.

The layout, the size of the apartment, closeness to beach and local amenities location, the apartment decor and facilities, the fact a parking space is included. The kitchen was very well stocked with every utensil or piece of crockery you could require!
