Everything ... outside appearance of building.. the room was with a big bed and room...very clean and tidy.. and mostly the couple that own it were SUPER FRIENDLY AND NICE

Apartment was amazing. Spacious, super clean and well equipped. Beach is near (3 minutes walk). Staff was super friendly and hospitable. We loved everything about this apartment! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

One of the most professional hosts I have encountered in Greece(which believe me in Greece as a Greek with a beagle dog is very difficult in comparison to abroad standards). Having travelled a lot abroad with the dog, in Greece I am always double/triple checking with the hosts as most of them are extremely unproffesional/rude. If I visit Mani again, I will stay at the same hotel. Renovated in July 2022, the rooms are cosy and the one we booked with the view to the sea was pretty cute and quiet. They are cleaning everyday, and there is always someone available to assist you and guide you on whatever question you may have. Parking is oposite the guestroom, easily accessible and spacious.There is a bakery/coffee adjacent to the hotel and sunrise cafe offers delivery as well. It is close to everything on foot, restaurants, 2 beaches and also a mini market.Even though Kokkala is a bit remote, eveyday vans pass by selling veggies,fruit,supermarket stuff. If you need a kitchen to cook, better to book the ones downstairs with no view(qiuet,more spacious, +the kitchen).Believe a room with a kitchen is needed as there are not many restaurants(only 2) in Kokkala.The one we have booked had a mini fridge which served us well for 1 week.
