I have really enjoyed the ever lasting experience of a smiling faces, customer care and high level of service from each individual member staff of Grand Hayatt, including Swatti, Chief Selva, Surahv from Roof tower restaurant, the Arabic Syrian chief, and all the cafe staffs in the lobby( specifically the two respected ladies. It will be difficult for me now to stay in any other hotel and expect the same level of care, service, and hospitality.

Had a wonderful experience staying in the grand hyatt hotel Kochi. The hospitality and professionalism shown by the hotel staff is truly amazing. Fast response to room service calls and great amenities. Top class breakfast and food options including the grand club lounge. Will 100% go again and recommend to everyone looking for great hotels in kochi.. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful especially Ms. Marisha Chheda who help us succeed our needs…
