The staff are very helpful and I loved interacting with them - I needed some specific help because I was traveling for work - the team promised to help and delivered on their promise. The breakfast spread was very good - fresh and appetizing. I liked the room layout, the furnishings, everything neat and clean. Enjoyed sitting at the large window and looking over the city. Thanks to the Chef Masim, Chef Vishnu for the superb food. And thanks to Nibedita & Margi for the cheer and positive vibes they spread while they serve the guests.

location/attitude of staff,their behaviour,cleanliness and above all hospitality .They responded positively to request for late check out.one manager was so courteous to offer us some packed food .
