Great location for those who enjoy peace and quiet – the place is away from the busy center but very close to the beach. All necessary restaurants and shops, mostly frequented by locals, are nearby, giving an authentic vibe. The room was clean, very comfortable, and had a small kitchen, which made the stay easier. The owner was very kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Great little studio apartment with own shower room. Kettle, hob and fridge. Efficient air con. Location perfect for the coast and the train station and in a quiet residential area. Shop just opposite. Communication perfect with George. Very clean. Nice roof terrace with swing seat and added bonus of washing line and pegs. Good wifi. Suited our needs perfectly.

Great place with great family. Location is perfect, near bus station, supermarkets and beach. There is a kitchen full equipped for cooking. Very recommended!! The roof for dinner is amazing!

Seriously, it was the best accomodation ever. Gio and his mum are so nice people, the place is beatiful, in great location and very relaxing. If I'm coming back to Kutaisi, definitely won't look for anything else. Thank you Gio!
