Awesome location, quiet place right at the beach, nice views, super convenient and quiet. Easy to walk to city, but not in the busy area. Nice balcony view, great garden, eating outside is a real plus. Beach next to the place, stairs like 30 metres from the house. But for like 2-3 nights and the price, it's good.

It’s the perfect stay in Adjari- facing the Black Sea, with a gorgeous balcony. It is run by sweet Armenians, who quickly felt like family. We ate at the restaurant every night - fresh and great food! We even extended our stay. 100% recommend!! It’s clean, great service, got everything you need. Best stay by far in Korbuleti!

Seaside view from the balcony is excellent: you see the sea, not passing by people :); breakfast is simple but enormous and what is more important you can order hachapuri (for extra, but reasonable payment)! Dinner: a lot of places around, but you can order fresh fish catch in the morning (e.g. sturgeon) or grilled meat (shashlik) !! The owner Edgar is the fantastic host, who solve any issue and, more important, always stay to his promises! Karina is excellent cooker and very nice person!
