A good location (very close to the seaside, quiet street); a little pool in the garden; Sofia and her family are very friendly and helpful owners.

It was really nice villa hotel which has nice pool and very nice location very close to the sea. The owners are very nice people even we couldn't speak Russian or Georgian, also they cannot speak English we understood each others.

The swimming pool was amazing, and warm due to being in the sun the whole day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating.
