One of the best in Kobe - great location, great facilities, great staff. BUT it has gone down hill since the last time I stayed - poorly cleaned, less facilities, same price.

The location near the station was amazing as we were using the train to visit Kyoto, Himeji, Osaka. It's right beside all the fun Isakayas' and there's a 7-Eleven next door. Comfortable beds and very quiet room.

The staffs are friendly and helpful, and provided us with umbrellas when we requested it during rainy days. Also the room service is great. Location wise, it is very near to the train station within walking distance. Breakfast food is decent for the price we paid.
