Initially requested a sea view room for one of the rooms, but we were allocated to a mountain view in order to put us nearer to other family member (who did not request a sea view room). Upon request, the front staff promptly checked the availabilities on the same floor and changed our room to sea view. They also arranged our case which was sent from Tokyo to our new room. Very efficient and polite staff. Buffet breakfast was full of varieties (from Japanese to Western style), and a great view looking over Port Tower, and also Okura's Japanese garden beneath.

The view; the service; the shuttle. They aren’t cheap about having service personal to ensure a pleasant stay. Also, the location is prime. Walkable to BAL, former foreigners settlement buildings for shopping. Plus the shuttle is right outside the Sannomya station and outside the lobby.
