Spacious room (biggest one we stayed in while travelling Japan) Cost effective. Extremely comfortable beds Toy theme is great for children. Free access to the toy park Right in front of the onsen Free tickets to access the onsens Lots of boardgames 1 minute from the bus terminal Staff were exceptional

Its was perfect! Super clean and spacious! So many activities via Board games and the host was unbelievably kind, accomodating and fun! I highly recommend this location for anyone in Arima, I hope it becomes a board game capital too! So much fun!!
