You must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at the property. If guests are checking in later than 19:00, they need to contact the property in advance. No dinner will available after 20:00 even with a prior notification. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Beautiful. Really gorgeous hotel with some cool private onsen options - would highly recommend the cave bath if you have tattoos and can’t enjoy the public baths.

Unfortunately it was only one night, but it was an immensely appreciated stay. The peace, the tranquility, the silent environment, the wonderful gardens, sleeping on the tatami, the herbal tea taken on the veranda overlooking the garden, the dinner wearing the yukata: I hope to be able to return and enjoy a longer holiday. The dinner and breakfast are buffet style, with a wide choice of Japanese dishes, which I really appreciated; there was also a good choice of dishes for those who don't like their cuisine. The staff were helpful and extremely kind.

The three onsens at the property were really nice, particularly the original outdoor onsen. Good location with fantastic views over the river. Nice and friendly staff.

The staff is great, very helpful, the hotel is nice, our room was very nice. The breakfast and dinner were good but nothing mind blowing. The Onsen facilities are 3 1 only outdoor with only outdoor showers. 2 mainly Indoor with a small space outdoor. They were nice. The water is not too warm and you have a nice view. They also have massage beds that are great.
