Excellent customer service from the staff. Can select the type of pillows to suit your needs I thought was good for a comfy night sleep. The onsen was excellent. In room dinner was good as expected, and as was for breakfast.

I liked the option to book a private onsen as I have a large amount of tattoos and the staff was extremely friendly.
