Seemless. The keys were handed over to us by the owner and she gave us a detailed tour of the facility. She was wery friendly very informative and very helpful in providing us with information to help make our stay special.

We had a wonderful stay at Nebesa Chalets. The mountain views are absolutely breathtaking, and the wellness area with saunas was perfect for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
