The location of this property is ideal for a quiet, off the track getaway. It has a quaintly old-fashioned charm to the decor which gives a 'real life' flavour to it rather than a sterile 'hotel-experience'. That aside though, the romms and facilities are very good and the place is spotless. It is perfectly located as a base for hiking and the surrounding countyside is beautiful. It must be said that Lydia and her husband are model hosts. They simply cannot do enough to ensure their guests get the best visitor experience, offering to help with anything from local information to actually driving you down to the village to the sole restaurant or breakfast place. This is a place we'll return to for a longer stay in future.
