The fine print
Please note that room rates include a one-way taxi transfer service from Koh Tao pier to the resort. Upon arrival, guests should take the left exit of Koh Tao pier where a driver will be waiting, along with a signboard with the guest's name and Simple Life. Guests are kindly requested to inform the resort of their arrival time and boat name in order to arrange this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Nice hotel in an excellent location. 5 min walk to the bars, restaurants etc... room was clean but a little run down. Needs a good paint and some maintenance in the rooms and also around the pool area. No umbrellas around the pool either, gets extremely hot! Staff were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful. If you're looking for somewhere on a budget, this is perfect.

5-10 minute walk to town, great location and rooms were basic and big, pool area has amazing views and beach access - Koh Toa has a beautiful coast line with some great restaurants and atmosphere

Amazing views. Lovely location, right in the centre of everything and easy to walk to everything. Barely had to get any taxis. Clean hotel, amenities were good. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was brilliant. We did scuba diving down the road and simple scuba, was easy to book and a great experience. We also visited Koh Koh Pups the dog shelter down the road which was a great experience only 15 minute walk.

We had a room on the top floor of one of the buildings. The room was huge and had a lovely feel. The bed was extremely large and comfortable with a large bathroom and balcony on both sides of the room. They even decorated the bed for our anniversary which was a lovely touch.
