Beautiful property with wonderful, kind , helpful hosts. Best location for walking to anything you could need. Apartment is big , clean , with comfortable bed and useful fridge / tea/ coffee pot. Great shower and air conditioning. Beautiful natural light . Host was very kind . Picked us up , took us to our ferry . Was available anytime we had questions or needed help. Apartment is cleaned and stocked everyday . Highly recommend!

Minimal1 is a great place to stay when visiting Koh Tao. The apartment is big, beautiful and clean. It’s in walkable distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops! However, that means there is a lot of noise - especially in the evenings as there is music.. it did not bother us, but it is worth considering before booking.
