Location and Cleanliness. Very convenient. Food is great. View was breathtaking. Staff was decent. Prompt laundry service and pretty good actually. Would 10/10 recommend.

Very clean rooms and the staff were so helpful. They had a washing service which was 60baht per kg which is very reasonable and it was a big help as we had been travelling a few weeks prior to arriving here. The restaurant on the beach front is amazing, perfect for relaxing and watching the sunsets.

excellent position near but not in the action of Sairee Beach good access to Mae Head and pier as well great place to use as a base. Lovely swimming pool comfy room. excellent restaurant

- pool/pool area (was super clean. They check it and clean it every night) - room was super big and comfortable. - the service (they took us to the port when we left) - we told them, before arrival, that we wanted to reduce the booking for one night and they changed the booking for us and give us the money back ! Super honest! - the room (aside from the bathroom) was in perfect conditions!
