The gala dinner for December 31st is included in the price.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID or passport at check-in.Please be informed that during bad weather and because the island is far from the mainland, the property cannot guarantee a stable internet connection. The complimentary shuttle service will be provided throughout the renovation period and operates on the following schedule:
Mae Haad Pier to resort: 19:30
Resort to Mae Haad Pier: 09:00, 14:00, and 18:00All shuttle services must be arranged prior to arrival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location is perfect, a peaceful beach, excellent swimming pools, beautiful gardens- Eden And excellent massage offered by the Spa

Breakfast could be better all round, food. Not being kept up, not enough fresh fruit, long queues for coffee and egg stations
