We were met by Fern who was very helpful and welcoming. Location was great, quiet area with a great view. The Villa felt secure , it was clean and had good facilities. Beds were very comfortable. A really nice place to stay.

We spent a week on this beautiful villa. The villa has cool location just behind the sea and the beach, it is really cool to wake up every morning with such a beautiful views. The location is very quiet, but near is everything that you needed - Tops shop, Massage rooms, bike and car rentals. We took a bike and a car from the nearest rental point and visited all famous places of the island. Please note that electricity is not included to the price, but for 2 families it took ~6000 baht for a week, not really much. Villa has some small remarks to improve, such as some towel holders don't hold up well, a door somewhere doesn't close well, one part of refrigerator doesn't work - but all these are just little things and dont worsen our rest. All air conditioning works well and cools the villa well. All in all - we highly recomend the villa ;)

Just spent a great 10 days at Villa Nirvana. The check-in process was efficient, and Fern was friendly and courteous to deal with. The Villa is located in a secluded quiet area, it was private, with very secure access through an automatic gate. The Villa is very spacious, a modern coastal design in clean condition, 4 bedrooms each with own ensuite and a combined kitchen / dining / living area, all very comfortable with nice views of the pool and beach. Airconditioning was efficient but great to have ceiling fans in every room. Plenty of space around the pool with chairs and sunlounges plus an undercover area which can accommodate 20+ people. There was an issue with the coffee machine which Fern replaced the next day. There are 2 fridges in the kitchen with one freezer not working however this was not a problem for us. Some things that can be improved : the pool turned a green / yellow colour 3 times during our 10 day stay however this was quickly fixed by the pool man. There appears to be an underlying issue with the filtration system that needs to be addressed. It would be nice if the BBQ could be replaced with something more modern as the current BBQ is rusted and heated by coal which is difficult to use. Unfortunately, you could only watch the TVs if you have a subscription to streaming apps like Netflix, Disney etc. You could not tune into any live TV as there is no antenna connection to TVs. It would be great if there were some basic cooking items in the villa like Salt, pepper, cooking oil...etc In summary, we have stayed in many villas in Koh Samui over the years and Villa Nirvana was definitely one of the best we have experienced.
