- To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we kindly request that you inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.- We can offer a convenient transportation service through a trusted taxi company, providing you with the option of airport pickup at a lower cost compared to standard airport taxis. Upon arrival, a designated driver will be waiting for you at the (meeting point) holding a sign with your name for easy identification. By opting for our service, you'll not only save time by bypassing the airport taxi queue but also enjoy cost savings. If you would like this service please you flight information and we will ask the taxi company how much it will be and let you know.- If you need to rent bike or car we also use a good rental company who delivers the bikes and cars straight to the residence, so that makes it very easy and convenient for the guest upon arrival.Additionally, please be advised that our room rates do not include an electrical usage fee which is completely standard in Thailand when renting apartments. This fee is calculated at 8 THB per unit meter and will be charged accordingly.We look forward to welcoming you to The Beach Residence and ensuring a memorable stay for you.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Perfect view from the apartment. Host (Phil) was very hospitable and arranged everything we asked. Rooms were clean with nice conditioning, kitchen was well equipped, we prepared food there. Not far to the beach. Nice pool with perfect view.

What's there to say about the Beach Residence that has not already been said in previous reviews. Its amazing. I will break it down into three parts: The location - An idyllic hillside location with the most amazing views, it's a leisurely 3 minute stroll down to a beautiful beach which is tranquil and never crowded, there is a nice little beach bar down there that does great food. It is an amazing location to be at, one of the more exclusive areas on the Island, yet you are only a short drive / taxi ride from some of the best bars and restaurants Koh Samui has to offer. The property - Wow!....immaculate, modern, stylish, a fantastic infinity pool overlooking the sea. The place is simply stunning with the best views you will find anywhere. You could not ask for more. The host / owner - Philip was there to welcome us when we arrived, he provided us with all the local information, recommendations for restaurants, bars, tours etc. He could not have been more helpful. There was one time we had an issue that was out of his control, we messaged him and he was there 15 minutes later to sort it out, nothing was too much trouble for him. The guy is a real gem and will go out of his way to ensure you have the best time My only regret is that we did not spend more time there, but we will definitely return

Just WOW. Our villa overlooked the sea, and the beautiful Thongson Bay. Phil, our host, greeted us even though we didn't arrive until late into the evening as our flight had been delayed. Phil was so welcoming and showed us around the property and up to our villa. We even received a very helpful list of places to go and restaurants to visit, from lunch venues, to cheap but very good restaurants, as well as a couple of places to go for a special evening out (more expensive but still very reasonable and top notch food). We hired a car which enabled us to travel around the island and explore the many different villages and areas of Koh Samui. However, if you just wanted to have a restful poolside/beach holiday, you have that on your doorstep too including s few local restaurants which are easy to walk to. Phil organised a taxi for our arrival (highly recommended) with his driver to collect us from the airport. The taxi was there when we arrived (not taken for granted as on arrival in Bali the year before we waited over an hour for someone to turn up so we were very grateful after a long flight!). The driver even dropped us at the local shop on the way to the villa so that we could get some essential water and food for the coming days, which was so thoughtful. Phil is excellent at communicating when needing to throughout the stay, without being intrusive. He even bought us some local bakery pastries a few days into our trip. Its the little human and thoughtful touches that make this place special. A truly magnificently located apartment and a 5 star host. We would thoroughly recommend. **Note for those with mobility issues: The very special location of this villa, being on the side of a hill means that there are quite a few steps if you are staying at one of the villas at the top with the best views. However there is a villa on the lower level with only a few steps which would be more accessible for those that may struggle with steps.
